Your ambitions could range from fat loss, muscle toning and strength, to running a personal best time in a marathon – he has a workout and lifestyle plan for you.
Stef offers Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching, Group Fitness Training and is also qualified in Pre and Post Natal Fitness. He believes in a balanced holistic lifestyle to achieve the life you desire so you can feel your best with high energy and vitality.
An avid long distance runner and ‘health geek’ means he practices what he preaches and believes in the process and journey more than the achievement of your dreams. It’s what you learn about yourself, and how to be healthy and fit along the way, that will set you up for a long, happy and prosperous life.
