If you are suffering from low energy and feel exhausted all the time I guess that it has been like that for a long time now, If you are like any of the typical Clients that I see in my practice then it is either a combination of big stressful life events such as a death in the family, divorce or extreme work stress and/or a daily build up of stress, things like a heavy work load, less than optimal diet, going to be too late, not getting enough rest. Generally what I see is people doing more in a day than their bodies can handle.

When this happens peoples bodies break down and run at a sub optimal rate as a protection mechanism so that the person can continue living without totally burning themselves out.

Of course this isn’t a full life and everything from balance to concentration to creativity is affected. People then resort to stimulants like coffee and energy drinks to get through the day.
